Empfang und Service war nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Flexibilität trotz freier Zimmer war nicht gegeben. Begründung: Hätten nicht über Booking buchen sollen. Entgegenkommen gleich Null, trotz Angebot einer Zuzahlung von uns. Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen für den gezahlten Preis.

Um Ehrlich zu sein, die Lage ist großartig und zentral, aber der Verkehrslärm, wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung Straße hat ist schon eine Herausforderung. Nachts ist es sehr laut und das Zimmer direkt neben den Fahrstuhl ist ebenfalls eine Herausforderung.

Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt. Das Holstentor ist nur knapp 500 Meter entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Mir wurde beim Check-In ein Zimmer in ruhiger Lage angeboten. Hab allerdings eins Richtung Straße/Hauptbahnhof gewählt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hab ich kaum was von der Straße, oder von der unterm Zimmer liegenden Tiefgarage gehört. Auch bei offenem Fenster war es mir persönlich nicht zu laut. Bin allerdings auch sonst Straßengeräusche gewohnt! Zimmergröße war gut. Schreibtisch, Safe, Schrank alles vorhanden. Das es eine Wasserflasche, zum gratis Wasserauffüllen am Wasserspender, sowie ein kleiner Wasserkocher im Zimmer gab, rundete den Aufenthalt für mich ab. Mein Zimmer hatte im Badezimmer ein Fenster. Ein Fenster im Bad hatte ich bisher noch in keinem Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen. Sauberes Zimmer. Preis-Leistung stimmt bei mir. Trotz der kurzfristigen Buchung. Komme bestimmt nochmal wieder. Nächster Aufenthalt ist bereits in der Planung.

Im Kleiderschrank fehlte mir persönlich ein weiteres Ablagebrett. Hatte viel Platz für Sachen zum Aufhängen. Das Fach über der Kleiderstange ist für nicht so lange Personen schwierig zu erreichen.
