Die unmittelbaare Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum ZOB. Die Frühstücksräume und der Aufenthaltsraum. Erfreut waren wir als ehemalige Journalisten darüber, dass vor dem Frühstücksraum Printexemplare der Lübecker Nachrichten auslagen.

Sie sollten als Rotwein auch einen Lübecker Rotspon anbieten und Ihre Mitarbeiter dazu anhalten, dass die in der Karte stehenden Weißweinsorten stets gekühlt zur Verfügung stehen. Da kein Grauburgunder vorhanden war, hatte ich die Wahl zwischen Riesling und Chardonnay, zwei Weißweinsorten, die wir nicht so schätzen.
