Comfort Apartments

Nice and quiet apartment with everything you need for a stay in the beautiful city Budapest. The price was also very nice.Short walk to shopping street, metro and we use just 35 minutes walk to the National Gallery. We will recommend Comfort Apartment. Very helpful staff also. I'd just like to wish that the check-out time would be extended the same as at the hotel until 1 p.m. that would make a strong appeal to the whole service. the heating and all the appliances were working fine.

The apartment C315 consisted of four rooms. Kitchen/sitting room,bedroom,bathroom and toilet.The kitchen was well equipped for daily living( ie, microwave,cooker,fridge freezer and dishwasher). Also,pots and pans and cutlery. The bathroom had a washing machine,bath and a sink in it.The shower head did come out of its holder when l turned it on.(The holder needed tightening). The bedroom was of reasonable size.The bed was ok! But, the pillows were very soft. The apartment did have a small belcony with it.It was nice to have coffee on it in the morning! All told, it was a nice apartment.I would stay there again .

The apartment was exactly what we asked for, it was clean and spacious, the only problem was we got told to put down a deposit when we checked in but it didn't mention anything online when we first booked, the lady did say it was because there was 6 of us

I read all the reviews, and I agree with all the bad ones. Looks like I got one of the terrible unit. It was definitely not as advertised. The place is much smaller and is definitely not well kept. There was a blanket put over the couch, and it was stained! And yes, you have to pay 10 Euros for the AC remote. We came in summer when it was really blistering hot and there's not even a fan around!! Our luggage was put in an open office but anyone could just walk in. The reception area was crowded so the receptionist wouldn't be able to see if anyone had gone inside the office. Stay away at all cost!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Dejligt sted. Lejligheden er stor og lys, skøn altan med bord og stole. I gåafstand til det meste og tæt ved metro.

We had booked these apartments for late nite arrival on the 19th of September we had booked through amoma who had gone into liquidation so we contact Comfort apartments to see if we still have booking and there were still paid to our relief there were. We arrived at 12 that night to be told that they were not available over the phone there was no one to meet us we had to ring emergency no and the girl was not helpful. We were two girls in Budapest at 12 oclock at nite stranded and she didn't care she hung up the phone. She said she had sent email that day at 3 to tell us that booking was not paid for and we would have to pay for. We did not receive email and we were travelling at the time. So unprofessional company I have ever heard and I was told by other travellers that it happening to people who arrive late that they sell off the apartments. The security guard wasn't even helpful. If that happened in a Irish hotel the security would have made sure we could go somewhere. Very unhappy with these apartments and would definitely not recommend them

Boendet låg nära allt så som sevärdigheter, restauranger och barer. Sängarna var hårda. Slitna lakan och kuddar som borde bytas. Knutpunkt med olika färdmedel nära.

The apartment is excellent with the 2 bathrooms, the only negative thing is about the nightlife around that area, people are loud unfortunately
