The pictures on Booking.com looked lovely, the reality of the 'resort' was terrible.

The pictures were manipulated, the grass was fake, no spa facilities, the nescafe coffee machine was aweful. Very dissapointing and misleading advertising.

"not a 4 star hotel"

staff were helpful when we asked for help

nothing to do except stay in the room, the pool is not heated and no food until 7pm. I have stayed in 4 star hotels but this is a 3 star at best.

Hotel cleanliness

Lack of proper english speakers, location of hotel which you didn´t have beach access. They mentioned they had free shuttles but then on the propertie they said by shuttle they meant public transport. Breakfast was so average

Staff were incredibly accomodating and polite especially Alessia. The hotel pool was superb, the scenary and surroundings are also very beautiful. We definitely will be staying here again.

if I really have to find something, the breakfast menu products could be improved
