Très bon accueil avec petits gâteaux et thé de bienvenue. Mustapha est très serviable et nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire et ne pas faire à Marrakech. Nous avons mangé un très bon couscous au Riad, personnel attentionné et aimable. Notre chambre au premier étage était spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.

Gorgeous little place. Central location. Beautiful decor and rooms are stunning and spacious we had the junior suite. Beautiful breakfast. Staff so lovely and kind, Mustafa was amazing very helpful, he escorted us from the taxi and back to the taxi when leaving and gave us lots of tips.

We loved it all Be prepared for a little walking as the Taxis can’t get too close but can get to within a 5/6 minute walk. I recommend booking the airport taxis through the riad.

Mały, przyjemny Riad. Wybitna obsługa - wspaniałe Panie, które przygotowują pyszne posiłki i Moustafa, który pomagał z każdą sprawą, jeśli była taka potrzeba.

O tej porze roku niestety taras był wyłączony z użytku, ale to kwestia pogody, a nie samego obiektu.

La peor noche de todo nuestro viaje estando hospedados en este riad. • Este alojamiento no proporciona llaves para la entrada al riad. Serían sobre las 1:45–2:00 AM cuando regresamos y estuvimos hasta las 3:30–4:00 AM esperando FUERA a que alguien nos abriera la puerta, en un callejón donde no dejaban de pararnos personas para vendernos hachís. Estábamos muy asustados y con mucho frío. Tras todo ese tiempo esperando y golpeando la puerta, tuvimos que buscar un número en internet porque el número que nos proporcionaron no funcionaba. Finalmente tuvo que venir un hombre en moto a abrirnos. Lo normal es que haya alguien disponible toda la noche para los huéspedes, y lo había, pero estaba durmiendo mientras nosotros esperábamos fuera. Una situación totalmente improfesional e inaceptable. • El riad tampoco nos pareció tan bonito como en las fotos. La habitación era pequeña y la terraza estaba bastante descuidada y desordenada. • Los trabajadores fueron amables, pero después de lo sucedido, la experiencia fue muy negativa. Solicitamos una compensación antes de publicar este comentario ya que dejar a unos huéspedes tirados en la calle de madrugada sin acceso al alojamiento es una negligencia grave y una situación potencialmente peligrosa., pero no han respondido, lo cual confirma la falta de profesionalidad.

Located in a lively old authentic part of the medina, this was a fantastic base for exploring. You’re right in the heart of the city, with the souks just a few minutes away. The staff went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble for them and their local knowledge was incredibly helpful. We received a very warm welcome, and breakfast each morning was lovely. We would stay here again!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest, that was perfectly fine for us and didn’t take away from a great stay.

All the people working at the Riad have been extremely kind and helpful (Delphine, Mustafa and Suleiman). Mustafa, the manager gave us a map of the Medina and marked also the best places while he walked us through them. First time he also came with us to the main square as streets in the medina can be hard to follow. They even knew our whereabout, whether we had an excursion and even prepared breakfast to go when we left early in the morning. The riad itself is very charming and despite being in the heart of the medina, it’s really quiet. Pictures are also realistic. I really recommend this accomodation.
