Fabulous location and very clean. Nice balcony. Helpful staff who responded quickly and positively to any query.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It's located right in the city center, close to restaurants, walking areas, and major tourist attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The room had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the noise level was quite high. It was impossible to sleep with the window open due to the street noise, and the air conditioner was also quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, parking was a challenge – it was hard to find a spot, and the area is in a paid parking zone, which costs 20 BGN per day.

Very clean and tidy apartments. Location was great and the owner was super nice.
