Emplacement central, à deux pas du Duomo ! Très belle chambre, confortable, grande et propre ! Informations précises avant l’arrivée et accueil très sympathique ! Petit déjeuner dans un excellent café !

Muffa sul soffitto. Non c’erano saponette e non c’era la macchina del caffè, ma solo una colazione al bar non del tutto comodo; ma soprattutto non era indicato sulla prenotazione che la stanza era raggiungibile solo superando trenta altissimi scalini: no ascensore!!!

Juan Carlo was very responsive and communicated well. Location was great. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable (not too soft like some foam mattresses). Shower pressure was good. Overall, a very nice stay!

What would be nice would be to have coffee pod machine in the room. But there was breakfast with coffee and a croissant or pastry included in the morning. The stairs were alot to the top room, however, it was worth it, the top room was ideal and also very quiet.
