„Personal“ gab es nicht. Und ist 1 Person begegnet, der war sehr nett. Ansonsten musste man auf Englisch per WhatsApp mit dem „Personal“ kommunizieren.

What a wonderful stay! This apartment exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the beautiful historic Old Town of Lübeck and incredibly close to the main train station, making it ideal for both sightseeing and travel. The bed was simply amazing: exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and fresh-smelling. I slept wonderfully every night. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, which made it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The bathroom was another highlight. The shower featured a shower head with a gentle built-in massage function, creating a truly relaxing experience. The shower gel and shampoo smelled absolutely fantastic and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The entire apartment is decorated in beautiful pastel tones, creating a warm, stylish, and calming atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. I also loved the modern check-in system. Having all the keys conveniently stored on my phone made access incredibly easy and hassle-free. Another big plus was the property’s commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lübeck and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
