Hotel Bezold

Hotel que deixa bastante a desejar. A localização é ótima e tinhamos acesso ao estacionamento gratuíto. O quarto era ruim e o aquecimento não funcionava perfeitamente. Comunicação em ingles também não funcionava e no hotel não existe café da manhã. Nosso quarto no segundo piso (3 acima da garagem) não tinha elevador.

The location is excellent — you can reach the city center within a few minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and access to the hotel is quite easy. The availability of free parking is a great advantage, especially for guests who traveling by car.

However, since the hotel is located in an old building, carrying luggage up the narrow, spiral staircases is not easy at all. Additionally, due to the age of the building, the stairs creak significantly, which can be disturbing for other guests. Another negative experience was at the reception. The old gentleman at the front desk initially asked us to pay 15 EUR for parking. I showed him the Booking.com reservation page stating that "parking is free". He initially objected, but after I insisted, he called another staff member. When I showed her the same information, she agreed with me and did not charge the parking fee. Note: The old gentleman at the reception does not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. If you do not speak German, I would recommend using Google Translate with the microphone feature to communicate with him.

Una struttura molto accogliente, camera ampia, luminosa e pulita con un bel bagno spazioso. Situato immediatamente fuori da una delle porte di ingresso al borgo ha un parcheggio privato in struttura. Convenient location, 10 mins to a massive shopping mall with supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy. 10 mins to old town.

It really shocked me that no spoon can be borrowed from the hotel. Shower head is not powerful enough. No kettle in the room and hence I can't make some hot water
