The situation of the hotel to the centre.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were met by the most grumpiest member of staff the hotel employs, fortunately the rest of the staff were amazing. There are no kettles in your room, so unable to make a drink, there was a kettle at reception but only paper cups. The hotel (I use this word carefully) clearly survives because of its situation to the centre of town. Would I recommend this hotel in 40 years of travel extensively in Spain? I would not recommend it. There are better value hotels in similar positions within the same area.
