Hotel Hacienda del Cardenal

I like the vibe, the swimming pool, the breakfast and the beautiful garden. Overall, respectful customers of the quietness. It's on the edge of the Casco de Toledo. The location is perfect

The swimming pools are nice, but there's one I would not put a finger in it. I can't say it was dirty, but I did not like the color features. I did not like the bed lights hanging from the ceiling either. Too bright for bed lights

Bij aankomst zaten we een heel uur met ons 4- en en onze koffers vast in de lift. Dat was meer dan akelig. Er werd gezegd dat er een technicus zou komen na een half uur, maar hij had oponthoud. Helaas was er geen enkele vriendelijkheid nadien, te denken is aan een drankje voor de schrik. Later op de avond bleek dat bij terugkomst van een van de kamers die wij boekten de airco niets meer deed, na melding kwam hier wel een andere kamer. Heel vriendelijk. Het was een nacht op een prachtige locatie met enorme hindernissen. Ook is het onmogelijk om tussen 15.00 en middernacht een drankje te drinken in de fantastische tuin, bij de bar of in de bodega, heel jammer. Het is werkelijk een sprookjesachtige omgeving. Het had nog een fijnere belevenis kunnen zijn. Het ontbijt was weer uitstekend, zolang je geen gebruik wilde maken van electrische apparaten zoals broodrooster espressomachine

We liked the location. The reception staff were very friendly and did everything they could, but overall, the organisation was a complete disaster.

We waited 40 minutes to check in at the hotel. We were then given a room where the air conditioning did not work, and there was hair on the side of the shower enclosure.

Es un sitio precioso para pasar unos días, nos encantó la piscina en la azotea y los salones que tiene

Como única pega el servicio del restaurante. Cenamos una noche y fue un caos. No hay muchas mesas y había al menos 5 camareros y tuvimos que pedir las cosas varias veces, a las mesas de al lado les pasaba lo mismo.
