I thoight this place was an over night hotel but it turned out to be a shelter. I requested a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke and the loud noise.and banging at all hours of the night was aweful. Luckily I was there for only 1 night.

The place was a dump. I didn't stay there I gave the key back and I stayed at Red roof in fair lawn. I want you to credit the money back to my credit card. I already called chase bank to dispute the charge. I called Expedia that night but I guess you just want to ignore the problem. Why would you send me a survey when I never stayed there.

This so-called hotel/motel houses low-income and homeless people. I was informed that it is frequented by prostitutes, especially when it was under another name. I drove up to the Inn and there where 8 or more children playing outside throwing balls, riding scooters, skates, running through the parking lot and hallways, trash, shoes, and food everywhere. The lady and her boyfriend in the adjacent room greeted me and stated she had 12 children and was renting rooms upstairs and downstairs. She offered me a plate of food. I declined and went to the front desk to cancel my reservation. I booked a room at the Howard Johnson in Clifton, NJ

I did not like being duped into booking this room on your website More information should have been provided. This In should have never made your list of options. It should be listed with a "warning."

They cancel my reservation without telling us and when we arrive to the hotel and we find there is no reservation for us and they are already charge us $130 a night and my money back. I don’t receive it.

The property was in the bad condition and the people arrow never rented again
