Hotel YIT La Casona del Arco

Gorgeous individual hotel with great character. Room was snall but had everything you needed. Pool small and cold with limited seating when it was busuer in the evening. Staff were happy to help and walk to main plaza was 5 minutes away.

Hotel muy bonito y totalmente recomendable. A nuestra llegada la chica de recepción fue super amable y útil así como el resto del equipo. Si hay que poner alguna pega sería, un poco más de potencia en el aire acondicionado y enchufes al lado de la cama para teléfonos y electrónica en general. Y digo esto desde una crítica positiva y que no le quita al hotel ni un ápice de continuar siendo una opción muy recomendable para visitar Baeza. La situación muy buena para visitar Baeza.

After a very warm welcome we checked in our cosy street side hotel room 8/10. It was a chilly 2 days, the hotel pool was closed. We thought this beautiful sleepy UNESCO village on a rainy day would offer us a quiet night rest… unfortunately we were woken up several times, by passing cars, people, a barking dog as well as inside this charming hotel the wooden floors and walls aren’t really sound proof, it’s part of the historic value this hotel offers. Not sure if the single glass windows could be replaced by double glass to cut out some of the street noise. For light sleepers as us, bring good ear plugs. Despite this the staff was very friendly and serviceable. Breakfast was 6/10, Nescafé as no real coffee was offered. We were offered eggs, I chose scrambled and they had no taste

Hotel muy especial, bien situado en el propio centro. Magnífico.

La suite 105 es preciosa, la cama comodisima y de 2,00 mts. Las chicas de recepcion super amables. El desayuno es mejorable, pero es verdad que soy celiaca y no esta integrado como algo normal en la alimentacion. La estancia maravillosa.

On a dû annuler ce voyage en raison de restrictions dus au COVID-19. Cet hôtel a dû fermer également. On n'a reçu aucune réponse à nos messages concernant l'annulation ou la modification des dates. Ils ont encaissé le paiement et disparu dans le nature...

El personal sumamente agradable. Es un hotel con mucho encanto y en cuanto a la ubicación muy céntrico. Sin duda volveremos.

The hotel says on its website they are very good. Guests receive a letter from the manager (La Direction) where his/her message is that the guests stay will be an unforgettable experience. Don't trust the hotel. It's not true! The hotel has rooms that are not located outside the house. These rooms are facing to an open area with a glass roof inside the house and have a door/window to this open area. The view from this door/window is the hotel corridors and the restaurant. There is no ventilation. The room is very warm. The reception staff says that the only possibility to reduce the temperature is to open the door/window to the open area. We had it open the whole stay. This meant that other guests looked into our room! The room price is the same as other much better ”normal” rooms. The reception staff did not want to discuss a lower price, but promised that the manager would contact us via mail. He/she did not and no one aswered mail to the hotel. Don't use this very bad hotel!

treniamos reservada un a habitacion triple y solo habia 1 cama grande!!!!!!! no hubo manera de que consiguieran al menos, una supletoria. LA CALEFACCION ES PENOSA -El baño NO tiene ni radiador y hacia un frio considerable -LA HABITACION era bonita pero fria y como lo sabian, nos dejan un radiador de aceite ES UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS pero * LA UNICA INTERLOCUTORA ERA LA PERSONA DE RECEPCION, sin capacidad de solucionar problemas *la puerta se cierra por la noche y hay que entrar con claves y aunque dijeron que habia un vigilante, nunca lo vimos REGRESAMNOS A MADRID UN DIA ANTES DE LO PREVISTO...nos fastidiaron el puente y habiamos pagado por adelantado 150 euros/noche !!!!!! NO VOLVERIA JAMAS
