Agua quente limitada.

Gostei do apto. Da localização. Da limpeza .

Não gostei porque demorou a recepção no check in. Acho que deveria ter alguém para nos receber . Dar as instruções. Entrega de chaves. E até pagamento quando feito na hora. Acho que o tempo para check out é curto. Deveria ser pelo menos às 13h. Pagamos uma diária e usamos apenas 18h. Pela manhã não conseguimos usufruir de quase nada do apartamento.

Good location and nice house. There was lots of parking space at the back of the house and also a small swimming pool at the front. I had a room in the first floor with balcony and sea views that was great. The room has its own kitchen area and bathroom and plenty of space.

The house needs some maintenance, the balcony doors were difficult to open/close as the railing was damaged, and the overral room/house will benefit from some maintenance. When I arrived the room has a strong bleach smell.

Bem localizado, lugar calmo.

O apartamento está um pouco velho e a cozinha em más condições. Conseguimos usar tudo mas é uma pena um lugar tão bem situado não estar em melhores condições e mais modernizado. Acho que vão atrair muitos mais hóspedes e fidelizar o hóspede se melhorarem um pouco as condições do alojamento.

The location is top, very near the sea and walking paths (Rota Vicentina e Ponta da Piedade). Two beaches very near too. Our room had the kitchen separeted from the room, we could cook and eat without smell or mess in the room. The pool is nice, although we didn't use it because it was a bit cold. Good price overall.

The furniture and overall instalations are a a bit dated. The wc window let the air in. No chair in the room. No rugs in the floor. The main gate was always open, and the front door too, so, we felt a bit unsafe.

I like the location

You have to travel around Club Luz around 10 kilometres to pay and get the pass code for the lock and travel back to the residence. That's very stressful and tiring
