Good location, low price

Lots of deferred housekeeping and maintenance needed.

The comfortable bed and the shower with a nice hot stream, as well as the location close to the Presidio, Crissy Field, and the Golden Gate.

I could overlook the worn‑out furnishings, but not the fact that I found fecal residue in the toilet, lots of hair of all kinds on the bathroom floor, and stains on the towels before using them.

it was in a nice safe centrally located part of the city

there were a couple of very worn or broken items in the room. couldn't figure out how to make the cable tv work.

Location is good. Pretty quiet despite being on a busy street

Upon entering the room I was overcome by a toxic plume of lysol or some such cleaning fluid that did not dissipate over two days. Despite water coming out of tub faucet it was not possible to take either a shower or bath. No towel rack or even hook for towel, broken toilet paper holder, marked up bath wall with screws sticking out. Closet with two hangers. TWO! I wore socks inside and after two days there was a layer of scum on the bottom of them. It is the second time I stayed here and I had just as much trouble with key card entry system as last time. Never had a problem with this at other hotels...just this one.
