ESLa decoración de la habitación y la amabilidad de todo el personal.
Faltaban amenities y todo que habíamos cogido una suite eché en falta al menos una cafetera en la habitación. Por otra parte sigo llevando mal que algunos hoteles (no todos pero sí este) te hagan pagar nada más llegar en el check-in; si después algo no está correcto tú ya habrás pagado!!
