The view

The smell, the leaking shower, rude staff, uncomfortable beds , electricity tripping , air conditioning not working. The smell was the worst , location it too remote and in a run down area

It felt very exclusive, no huge crowds except for the weekend but even then it was local families so the atmosphere was rather chilled. The sea is shallow so ideal for kids although you can get big, strong waves too and in that case it can be hard to get in even for adults (I love this kind of sea, though). The buildings are literally 100m from the sea with no roads to cross etc, which is fantastic. We are not a pool type of family but the pools there looked great, with many sun lounges. There is a restaurant on the beach which offers a great selection of food at a reasonable price, our food was delicious, the staff super accommodating and the ambience superb, with the beachfront view. The buildings are in top shape, you can tell that maintenance is top priority so although the buildings have the aesthetics of a different decade, everything feels brand new. You can tell that whoever built this complex loved the project and used the best materials out there. We also loved that there's a limited number of units while some of the other hotels/developments in the area had a huge number of rooms and looked crowded and not as well kept. Our unit had two terraces. The one that you access from the dining room has a large outdoor table, sun loungers and a large shade umbrella; this has a beautiful sea view. From this terrace, an external staircase leads to the second terrace, which has multiple Sun loungers for when you need a more private sunbathing session, I believe. This also faces the sea but you will only see it if you stand up and even then I don't think that guests from nearby units would be able to see you. Our unit had 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite), everything was spotless. There is a free parking lot in front of the complex and you can also request for paid parking inside the premises. We used the former. This place is great for excursions to places like Marbella and Málaga, which are interesting, fun cities to visit.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad están muy bien.

El horario de recepción es bastante limitado. Los apartamentos se están haciendo viejos. Por el precio pagado, no se entiende que no tengas cambio de toallas en una semana y el aire acondicionado no funciones por habitaciones (o todos o ninguno). El garaje está lleno de enseres y muebles que dan mala imagen además del sitio que ocupan.

El apartamento es amplio y bien distribuido. La cocina está bien equipada y muy buena ubicación a 30m de la playa. Muy cerca de tiendas de alimentación.
