LOCATION

RECEPTIONIST We stayed over the days of heatstroke in Europe. Air conditioning was not working. I was asked to fill in the guest registration form written in German. I had to aske the receptionist about particulars as I forgot these and he was impatient. He looks like a European. More over the receptionist kept saying that the payment was not made. Actually, the money was taken twice from my two different bank cards although I replied to the requests from hotel regarding confirmation of my payment method. It was so annoying that he kept saying the payment has not been done. These over charges not been sorted and I am still in dispute with booking.com. I am very disappointed with all these payment issues.

Goed bereikbaar, aan de rand van de stad. Met gratis openbaar vervoer kaart, uitgegeven door het hotel, konden we overal gemakkelijk heen.

De directe omgeving van het hotel is niet interessant, maar dat wisten we.

Angenehmes Bett

In meinem Zimmer war bereits jemand. Es wurde offenbar doppelt gebucht. Ich bekam dann zwar ein „Upgrade“, was in dem Hotel aber nichts zu bedeuten hat. Die Wände sind dünn, alles sehr hellhörig. Die Lage ist leider auch nicht die optimalste. Für eine oder zwei Nächte eines Business-Trips (wie bei mir) gerade noch so ok. Aber ich kann es nicht empfehlen und werde dort auch nicht mehr übernachten.
