This hotel has such potential, considering its idyllic location. It boasts a picturesque view of the coast which sadly doesn't match the service provided. It's not a 4 star hotel, but could be if the following things were addressed immediately. 1. Ensure that rooms have some sort of welcome drink/water and coffee/tea facilities. There is nothing more disappointing than entering a room which isn't inviting. There also needs to be a welcome pack in each room explaining everything. Make sure the spare duvet in the cupboard and main cover on the bedding are washed. 2. Have the private beach open all year round otherwise there is no point in coming to your hotel. 3.Breakfast really needs to have a larger variety of cooked food for example eggs, baked beans, sausages, bacon etc. Food kept running out. 5. Bread served in the evening need to be baked that evening so it's fresh. Don't serve stale, hard, bread from breakfast. 6. Top up shower gel in the bathroom when it's finished and make sure the rooms have a hairdryer that is more powerful than an electric toothbrush. Plus, put a proper roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Small square strips of paper increase your chances of getting a 'gold finger' 😒 Apart from this, dinner was divine and a visit from the owner was a beautiful touch! The location of this hotel is beautiful , but it could so easily be 4 or even 5 stars if these points were addressed.

Beautiful location and the service was fantastic. We loved the restaurant and our servers there. Luca made every meal fantastic! This was our favorite hotel of the entire trip.

Beautiful location and hotel. Very romantic. Out of the way yet close to everything. Access to local grotto and ferry right down the steps. Very clean. Energy efficient. Excellent service. Salvatore, the owner, is always there making sure that everything runs well. Food is great. One of the best and most romantic stays we've had. Parking is cumbersome and buses with tourists come during the day to see grotto and shop in ceramic store. This in no way detracted from our experience. Be careful crossing the street and driving.

Our room with a private terrace overlooking the sea was fabulous. The hotel is lovely with a private garden. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner even brought cappuccino for us to enjoy one last time on our terrace when we had to check out very early. The SITA bus is directly outside that takes you to Amalfi,POSITANO or any town along the coast. The buses are always very crowded so be prepared.you can buy the bus tickets at the hotel. The hotel had a beautiful restaurant and bar with inside and outside terraced areas. Breathtaking views. This hotel is a little gem off the beaten path and away from the mobs in Amalfi or Positano but only 10 minutes away. Highly recommend . Excellent value

Proximity to Amalfi was great. However, I would recommend the hotel partner with an taxi service because the bus schedule is unreliable and expensive to the coast of Amalfi

This place lived up to our expectations. Beautiful views and friendly staff. Dinner was amazing.

This place is a gem. I stayed there only one night and wished I could stay longer. The view from the room was fantastic, the grounds beautiful and the staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the view from the patio was spectacular. In the same building there is a souvenir shop that have a great variety of ceramics and other items. The deli is very convenient, if like us, you don't really feel like sitting down in the restaurant for a full dinner. The hotel is also walking distance from the Emerald Grotto (really a few steps away). Very close to Amalfi and other beautiful places to visit. The place was very peaceful and quiet. I would pick this hotel as base if I have the opportunity fo visit the Amalfi Coast again!

We enjoyed our stay and will happily return again. Room with sea view was very comfortable and having an outside balcony was great where to have a snack/drink or just pass away the hours. Breakfast was good continental. Car parking in designated areas for guests adjacent to entry was handy. Use the lift to access various floors made it easy for luggage and if you don't like steps. Only a short drive away from Amalfi.
