"No hay atención"

La ubicación. Y la cama era muy cómoda.

No estaba limpio, sólo tiene 3 ganchos de pared para tu ropa, habia que usar sillas y mesas para poner la ropa. Ropero y cómoda antiguos son sólo decorativos y están descuidados.. La recepción fue pésima. No sé para qué piden que avises a qué hora llegarás (supuestamente para que al menos puedas dejar la maleta si llegas antes de la hora del check-in), si estuve parada en la puerta por mas de hora y media, no había absolutamente nadie y era a puerta cerrada. No es un hotel, es el alquiler de un cuarto. El cuarto era frío, no habia mas mantas ni a quien pedírselas porque nunca habia personal a la vista. Las escaleras son angostas, si llevas maletas debe ser muy difícil subir. La tina estaba atorada.

Het hotel was prachtig ingericht en een zeer ruime familiekamer. Maarten heeft ons met veel enthousiasme ingecheckt en tips voor de stad gegeven.

De kit in de badkamer. Het uitchecken moest bij een dame waarmee lastig te communiceren was ivm taalbarrière

How close to the centre it was

Nightmare to find in the car. Detailed address did not take us via the satnav to the address. Ended up being directed by some man who we contacted on the mobile, who we took to be the manager/owner ( we never found out as he didn’t show his face the whole time we were there) around the inner streets in roads that we shouldn’t have been driving ( and worried we will end up receiving fines) The website made no mention to advise that it was located in the LEZ zone. Had to pay £27.50 euros for use of the garage (24hr).
