Super warm welcome. Rooms are filled with great historic furniture. Roof top terras is amazingly quiet and gentle. Really recommend this place. In terms of location and look and feel. It is not a hotel with all facilities. But if you want to have a warm, scincere and authentic experience. I would recommend to go. You can walk south of this hotel and in a few minutes you will experience great local vibes.

The Diamonds and Pearls is a privately run boutique hotel with five guest rooms. It is lovingly furnished, making you feel like you're in an antique shop. The lounge and restaurant are beautifully decorated, making you feel immediately at home. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Antwerp. A parking garage is easily accessible in five minutes on foot. Mr. Maarten sent us the address of the parking garage and gave us a warm welcome. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. When we arrived, the room was a bit chilly, but thanks to individually controlled air conditioning, we were soon nice and warm. I would particularly like to highlight the breakfast. It was wonderfully different from the usual buffets thanks to the table service, and offered everything you could wish for, lovingly prepared. We can only highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything. The comment is not a criticism but a fact in this historic building: the hotel has no elevator. The narrow stairs in the semi-darkness could be challenging for people with disabilities.

Nice decorations, cosy

A bit cold, heating was working, but not powerful

Overall we had a great time in Antwerp. The hotel was in a lovely location and I loved the terrace. The price we paid was great. We paid €160 for two nights for the junior suite with terrace.

Unfortunately the WiFi was really bad so I couldn't use my laptop. The room was very overdue for a renovation and we had to take three flights of stairs each time because there is no elevator. We also didn't have a tea maker either, we could get tea from downstairs but that's inconvenient.
