Lupaia is so special, it's truly a magical place. The boutique hotel & panoramic views are nothing less than stunning. The staff are welcoming, attentive and always had a smile. The food was amazing! Every morning we loved their made to order breakfast and dinner was just as delicious. Our suite exceeded our expectations, the bed, the bath and the amount of space was wonderful. Oh and the view!!! My husband & I still can't stop talking about how Lupaia was our favorite place during our honeymoon and we can't wait to go back! Thank you Lupaia for making our honeymoon so special!

"An enchanting place that we will revisit !"

Upon entering this property, you get a feeling that it is special. It has the most relaxing, charming, tranquil atmosphere, with nooks and crannies everywhere to hide and chill. The view over the valley to Montepulciano is so pretty, we just wanted to stay in the lounge chairs there and stare. The greatest asset, however, is the team that works there. All the wait staff ( Andrea and the beautiful intern from Nice -sorry can’t recall her name) were phenomenal. And we loved Fabio- the concierge - who happily came to talk to us and advise us.

There is nothing not to like.
