Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre gut.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit und hat uns wirklich umfassend in allen Belangen unterstützt.

Der Check-In fand in einem gegenüberliegenden Hotel statt, darüber waren wir nicht informiert. Zudem war es einigermaßen kompliziert, die Tiefgarage zu erreichen (man muss erst den Schlüssel aus dem Hotel holen und damit über die Straße laufen und ein Tor aufschließen). Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind zu eng. Wenn nicht zufällig zwei Parkplätze nebeneinander frei sind, lässt sich ein Kombi nicht einparken. Die Zimmertür ist eine Alarmtür, die nicht länger als 20 Sekunden offenbleiben darf. Im Zimmer fehlten Spiegel (außer im Bad), Wasserkocher und Tassen. Für 277 EUR/Nacht (zzgl. Stellplatz und Frühstück!) absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Da ändert auch die tolle Lage nichts. Einzig das Personal war großartig, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

I chose this hotel for it's location, just 5 minutes walk from Cologne train station. The room was smaller than I expected, but nevertheless, it was clean, the bed comfortable, and most importantly, it was quiet. My room faced the road but it's not a main road, so there wasn't much noise. The bathroom was also small but clean and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent (I only have continental). I had to go to a different building for breakfast but that was only 1 minute walk away (the same place where I went to check in), so not a hardship. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again next time I'm in Cologne.

I was initially surprised at the size of the room. It was small and the bed took up most of the space, so there wasn't much space to open my suitcase. Fortunately, I only had a small suitcase and it was only a minor inconvenience, and the positive aspects (location, comfortable bed, quiet room, good breakfast and friendly staff) made up for the size.

The location was amazing and bathroom had tons of counter space which is rare for Europe. Adorable decorating with attention to details. The breakfast was also amazing! So many choices and food was fresh

We didn’t have any hot water one morning which was an interesting experience.
