Hotel Benaco

The hotel was in a great location, with lovely staff greeting us on arrival. Just a short walk from the town centre, which made our early arrival pleasant whilst they stored the luggage. The pool area was nice, with the bar available to order drinks from. The room (Triple Comfort) was comfy, with medium/firm but comfortable beds (I love this) and enough space for 3 people. Large terrace with nice lounge chairs was appreciated. Bathroom was not as modern as the rest of the room, but it was sufficient for the stay. The breakfast was good, with lots of choice of hot, pastries and the pancake machine. The scrambled eggs were excellent! The hotel dog, Luna I believe her name is, is a gorgeous girl!

Frühstücksbuffett sollte regelmäßig aufgefüllt werden. Größere Gebäckauswahl wäre wünschenswert

Keine Schirme am Pool, Personal im Frühstücksbereich nicht freundlich, Zimmer teilweise steril und nicht wohlfühlend eingerichtet, Qualität des Frühstücks

L'accueil du personnel impeccable. Emplacement agréable bien qu'éloigné du centre.

L'accueil du chien est relatif. Accepté en chambre, mais pas au petit-déjeuner. Et aucune table digne de ce nom n'était prévu pour le petit-déjeuner hors de la salle. Idem pour lapiscine. Pas accepté autour de la piscine. Mais les chaises et tables alentours n'étaient équipées d'aucun parasol. Un peu pénible avec plus de 30 degrés.

Personale super accogliente e disponibile. Ottima posizione a poca distanza dal centro. Fantastica la piscina e il servizio di aperitivo a bordo piscina

Eigentlich nichts. Zimmer könnten helles Farbe haben aber das ist Geschmack Sache.
