This hotel was close to all shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Harbour

Everything was awesome. They can improve on the breakfast and the mattress in their rooms.

I like the calmness and peaceful environment and the location was perfect the staff were good helpful in every way

I didn't like about the room i chose on Booking.com wasn't the same room and view what they show in pictures and they should add more to the breakfast it was so simple compared to the money value!

- Dog in reception area - Bathroom a little dated - Pool closes too early (1900) however due to heat people would want to get into the pool late

Lavatory faucet was clogged

Lovely courtyards and nice pool area, although I didn’t swim in it since one of us got an eye infection after using it the first day. lots of cats everywhere on the property. very decent breakfast buffet. pleasant staff, but only basic English skills.

rooms were a little run down, bathrooms partly moldy. one guest room smelled like smoke. windows couldn’t be darkened.

The location was brilliant, pool was beautiful. Staff were welcoming but not over friendly. Peaceful stay.

Breakfast was minimal and pretty much depleted the day I went for it so I sourced breakfast elsewhere on the other days of my stay. Not the properties fault but other guests were noisy when returning to their rooms at night disrupting sleep. Couldn’t hear them when they were in their rooms But just at the door and music. Room and facilities were basic. Shower door didn’t close properly.

Gardens & pool areas are kept well. The location, opposite Bodrum Marina Yacht Club, is convenient for restaurants, bars & taxis to the beaches.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite which the description said had two separate bedrooms, an oven & hotplate so we could cook & stay as a family of 3. On arrival it was clear that it was in fact 1 bedroom and two single beds on a mezzanine above the living area with no privacy. There was no oven and the counter on which the hotplate sat rocked alarmingly. We complained and were told a refund could take a few days or my two daughters could take a hotel room on the other side of the complex. They are both under 18. We accepted the hotel room & slept that night. We found out the next morning that the shower in the hotel room did not get hot water, only cold. So we complained again & were told we were not letting the water run long enough to heat up. Tried this but it did not work. Because we had stayed the first night, were were unable to get a refund and as the hotel was full there were no alternative rooms offered. So we were stuck. The suite itself was also in poor condition with a cracked bathroom basin and mould on the shower grout. There was also a smell of damp in the kitchen and living area. We stayed 10 days. Neither room was ever cleaned and we had to ask three times for clean towels and eventually collect them ourselves from reception.
