Location, free parking, nice staff

The hotel has a real problem with heating. By the time we woke up the room temperature was 28 degrees (at the evening it was 26.4 - still too hot). There is also a very poor sound isolation, you can hear everything through the door so we couldn't sleep well. Plus we could hear quite strong wind sounds, which we eventually solved out by pressing a towel against the bottom of the door. The breakfast was very average.
