Osoblje je ljubazno i predusetljivo. Grejanje je jako dobro. Parking se lako nalazi ć, srećom jer je parking hotela mali. Sve u svemu nije loše, proveli smo se super kad zanemarimo loše stvari.

Od 5 dana koliko smo proveli u hotelu čistačica nije bila ni jednom. Tepih smo zatekli pun mrva, takodje našli smo i čep od vlaše vina na podu. Treće jutro sa švedskog stola pokupili smo jaje koje je takodje najverovatnije treći dan tu sudeći po žumancetu.

Personalul

Din păcate, experiența noastră la acest hotel a fost una foarte dezamăgitoare și nu corespunde deloc așteptărilor create de pozele și descrierea de pe Booking. Hotelul este cotat la 4 stele, însă realitatea din cameră este mult sub acest nivel — sincer, nu atinge nici standardul unui hotel de 2 stele. Camera în care am fost cazați arată neîngrijită și prost întreținută. Curățenia a fost deficitară: am găsit fire de păr pe jos în baie, murdărie vizibilă, pete și urme de mucegai, inclusiv pe cablul feonului. Acest lucru este complet inacceptabil pentru orice unitate de cazare, cu atât mai mult pentru una care pretinde un nivel ridicat de confort. Baia este una dintre cele mai mari probleme. Presiunea apei la duș este extrem de mică, iar apa curge și pe lângă furtun. Cada nu poate fi folosită, este practic doar de decor. Nu există geam la baie, iar extractorul nu funcționează corespunzător — mirosul și aburul rămân în cameră. Toate aceste lucruri fac ca baia să fie inconfortabilă și neigienică. Siguranța în cameră lasă foarte mult de dorit. Lampa de lângă pat este prinsă improvizat cu bandă adezivă, iar din perete ies cabluri vizibile, neizolate corespunzător. Având în vedere că lampa este metalică, există un risc real de electrocutare sau incendiu, ceea ce este extrem de grav. Iluminarea camerei este slabă și incompletă — doar jumătate din cameră este luminată, iar zona patului este prost iluminată. Nu există prize la capul patului, ceea ce este foarte incomod pentru încărcarea telefoanelor sau folosirea unei veioze. Patul este inconfortabil, salteaua este moale și lăsată, pernele sunt de calitate foarte slabă, iar pătura este pentru o singură persoană, deși camera este pentru două persoane. Minibarul nu funcționează deloc. Wi-Fi-ul este inutilizabil, nu merge aproape deloc, deci dacă aveți nevoie de internet pentru muncă sau alte activități, nu este o opțiune.
