Hotel Club Barbarossa

Only view and bed comfort was nice.

When we first arrived, we were given a room different from the one i had reserved, so I objected.i asked for a room that matched my reservation, but they said it was an equivalent. Although I had made a Deluxe reservation, the staff claimed that the room was an Elite room. Later on, we noticed that the room’s condition and overall maintenance were quite poor. The room key was faulty, there were issues with the electrical sockets, and the TV’s sound did not work. Overall, the only positive aspect was the comfort of the bed.

We parked our car where the hotel directed us, and unfortunately it was hit from behind while parked. Despite there being 3–4 cameras around, we were told they were not working. The hotel took no responsibility and offered no assistance. The hotel itself was still under construction — an old building that clearly wasn’t ready to be opened yet. It felt run-down and uninviting. We really regret choosing to stay there. We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. There’s a lot more I could say about our experience, but this already says enough.

Deniz güzeldi

Odalar küçük ve eski, villa evleri otele çevirmişler. Yandaki odanın kapısı açılıp kapanınca sesi korkunç çıkıyor park yeri bulmak imkansız gibi, yemeğe üç kişi gittik 5 yazmışlar fazladan. Temizlik kötüydü, başkasını odasında içilen ve yenenleri bize yazmışlar.

Hotels.com'da seçtiğimiz odayı vermediler. Odamız çok küçüktü ve banyoda duş su akıtıyordu. Odamızı değişmesini istedik ama değiştirmediler. Resepsiyondaki personel bilgisiz ve yetersizdi. Kahvaltıda 3 gün hiç sıcak çay içmedik. Denizi çok güzeldi. Plaja inen yokuş saçma şekilde çok dik. Çocuk ve yaşlılar için tehlikeli olabilir.

Ausblick und das Meer

Einrichtungen von den Zimmern waren sehr alt. Das komplette Gebäude renovierungsbedürftigt. Der Weg zum Hotel mit dem Auto ist immer so eine sache weil mann dort kaum Parkplätze finden kann.

Personel güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldu, resepsiyon bölümünde çalışan Burak beye ayrıca teşekkürler çok yardımcı oldu ve harika bir oda verdi bize Kahvaltı yeterliydi Deniz çok güzeldi Çok kalabalık olmaması harikaydı

Odalar ve mobilyalar biraz eskiydi Yemek fiyatı bookingde belirtilen ücretten tamamen farklıydı neredeyse 2 katıydı otelle konusulduğunda dikkate alınmadı bookingle yazışıldığında yine sonuç alınamadı
