Kesinlikle paslı deniz merdivenlerinin, yeni inşaat halinde görünümlü duvar ve paslı banyo dolaplarının vd. üçüncü sınıf bina ve iç tasarım yetersizliklerinin, herşeyden önemlisi hizmet anlayışının gözden geçirilmesi gerekir. Sürekli yokuş inip çıkılacağı dikkate alınmalı. Canla başla çalışan işgörenleri ve mutfağın yeterli düzeyde olduğunu da belirtmek gerekir.

Franchement très deçu. La chambre rien a voir avec les photos. Hygiène a revoir. Pas de télè, ni de coffre pour les affaires perso. Malgré les crtiques que nous avons pu faire sur place, aucun changement ni d ´excuses. Tout en extra même bouteille d'eau payante.trop chère pour ce que c'est. Donc a fuire

Mükemmel bir deniz , iyi niyetli garsonlar ancak cok zayif bir otel yonetimi. Oda temizlikleri cok zayif , yurume yollari engebeli ve yokus. Engelli ve cocuklara uygun yollar yok.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, beautiful sea and easy access to the sea. But unfortunately the hotels is getting worse for every year, the owners doesn’t take care and renew the rums and all other things in the hotel. Food is also changing to the bad, 4 years ago when I was in this hotel for the first time, the dinner service was great but now you can see that they are cutting a lot.

Merhabalar, bayram için birçok otel arasından sosyal medya ve web sitenizden etkilenerek Kaş’daki otelinizi seçtik. Ancak odamızdaki tuvalet geldiğimizde temiz değildi, klozet kapağı kırıktı. Yemek saatleri çok yoğun olduğundan oturacak yer bulmak, tabak için bile beklememiz gerekti. Otelin bakımsızlığı ve hijyen problemi gerçekten üzücü derecede kötü, açıkçası çalışanlar çok çalışkan, iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü olmasına rağmen sayıları yetersiz olduğundan ve koordinasyon eksikliğinden yetişmekte zorlandılar. Kahvaltıda ekmek için bile yarım saat sıra bekleniyor.Otelde herkes aynı konudan şikayetçi ve yılda bir kere özenle seçerek 22.000 tl ödediğimiz bu tatil kesinlikle hakkını vermedi. Açıkçası bir daha kesinlikle gelmeyi düşünmeyiz ve önermeyiz. Kesinlikle organizasyon eksikliği var ve otel ağırlayamayacağı kadar çok misafir almış. Bu kadar kişiye karşı büyük bir saygısızlık olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Otel eski olmasına rağmen, sanki ilk defa misafir ağırlıyormuş da hazırlıksız yakalanmış gibi.

The hotel evokes controversial feelings. Did we enjoy our stay there? Yes, we did. Would we recommend the hotel to others, will we be back? Not sure. it looks like that the hotel is in decline, and there are many signs of neglect, indifference and amateurism. It seems that the Barbarossa used to be loved and well looked after but this is not the case any longer. We stayed at the hotel in November, during a very quiet period. The beach offers magnificent views of the bay and the mountains. The designated swimming area is larger than in other places which we had seen in Kas before. The area around the sunbeds was not clean: tissues, nutshells and cigarette butts were scattered around. There is plenty of hotel staff but many are walking idly, chatting or drinking tea all day -- the could have cleaned the area! Beach towels were available anytime with no restrictions. Our (elite) room in a villa offered a panoramic window with a sea view. The room itself was of average size, enough for two people max. The fridge was very quiet, which is great for those who can’t tolerate noise at night. The bathroom was of decent size with a pine-wood ceiling. We did not use the swimming pool due to the season but it looked clean and well-maintained. Food was good (sometimes delicious) and plentiful. Tea facilities are available all day. However the tables are never cleaned, and the tables/chairs are soiled.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación en la costa y los trabajadores intentan dar el mejor servicio posible, esto es lo único positivo del lugar. Por lo demás, las instalaciones están muy envejecidas por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza correcta, especialmente los sanitarios y los baños, no pasaría un control en Europa con toda seguridad. No parece haber una gerencia responsable del hotel. No volveré a este lugar y lo desaconsejo con rotundidad.
