Les Jardins d'Epône

Un entrée général s'impose, jour dans le bas de la porte de la chambre, peinture abîmée, équipement Wc inexistant (balai brosse), fuite robinet douche...

Just an overnight stop. Pleasantly surprised and glad I hadn't read the reviews. Staff friendly and helpful. The room itself is a bit dated ( colour scheme as much as anything) although the furniture looks new. Very good memory foam mattress. Shower room obviously been upgraded and was smart, modern and clean. Good sized shower. We didnt use the resto as we both really fancied a chilli at the Buffalo Grill 10 mins away. The bar/resto area has again been upgraded and has a good feel to it. Is modern and bright in soft grey and deep red with new furniture. Breakfast here was excellent. Well set out, plenty of choice, new coffee/tea machine. Only loses one star for tired bedroom and a member of staff moving furniture around ready for a conference whilst we ate breakfast. We sat at a table for 4 and they even took 2 of the chairs next to us to make up the long tables. I know they need to prepare for these things but needs to be a tad more organised. All in all, would happily stay here again.

Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit dans une chambre au décor sobre mais propre. J'avais un peu peur que la proximité avec la route allais me gêner pour dormir mais ma nuit s'est très bien passée. J'y retournerais volontiers pour tester leur restaurant.

Propre et sans rien de plus. Point négatif, aucun personnel a partir de 21 hrs et 7h00 am l'accueil etait encore fermer. Aucun espace pour remettre les clés ...

Attention au trafic à 8h pour rejoindre l'autoroute

I got what I paid for with no surprises.

We stayed there while attending a wedding in the neighbourhood so I didn't get the chance to have breakfast at the hotel. However the service was not very engaging as they were more interested in doing whatever than checking us in. The rooms we had were tiny, poorly lit, not soundproof at all. We could not open the windows even though it was quite hot outside. The bedroom was not super clean. However I must say the bathroom was more than decent with a very large shower. The motel looks like a "cliché US motel" with rooms only on the ground floor. It's located in an industrial park so this is fine jsut for a night on the way to somewhere nicer.

Seul inconvénient les murs sont un eu fin, on en tant ses voisins s'envoyés en l'air au milieu de la nuit et les personnes partir le matins s'il parlent en passant devant la porte. Sinon très confortable.

Went here to have diner since this restaurant had beer (the beer in the campanile next door was sold out..) Had some decent French food with some good Belgium beer and this all for a perfect price. Yes the atmosphere was not brilliant, but the staff was super friendly and even organized a television outside to what the European championship of football. For me 4 stars since the staff is superb (not that common in France if you don't speak the language) and the value for money was excellent!

O.k location to see Versailles and Paris. Close to train. Staff friendly, meals o.k. Breakfast ordinary for price. Room quite small, but I guess you get what you pay for near Paris.
