我们被分配到了顶层靠近空调外机的房间，夜晚的振动噪音吵得我们完全无法入睡，和前台沟通过换房间，他只告诉我们全部满房且他没有任何办法，且整栋大楼都有噪音，换到哪里都一样，然后让我们自己找个耳塞戴上，态度非常差，明明第二天早晨就能房间，只是因为换了另外一名前台，我不明白这样对待一位85➕的老人对你们酒店有什么好处……毫无服务意识

Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Dach Terrasse. Angenehmer Pool. Perfektes (!) Frühstück. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Direkt an der Promenade. Super sauber. Verweilen nach Check out problemlos möglich.

Auch für Hotelgäste war das Nutzen der Dach Terrasse kostenpflichtig und ab 18 Uhr nicht mehr zugänglich wegen Gastronomie (Restaurant). Ein Pool war geschlossen.

The breakfast was fantastic, our room was lovely.

We were made to feel like second class citizens when there was a function on. We were told to move from the sun terrace and restaurant when there was a wedding on. We were told Togo to our room.

Ho regalato un weekend ai miei genitori in questo hotel e sono rimasti molto contenti, posizione centrale, hotel pulito e bellissimo internamente, stanze molto capienti e inoltre hanno detto che la vista è mozzafiato, la colazione super buona e abbondante oltre alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dello staff. Sono davvero contenta che si siano trovati bene, lo consiglio.

Breakfast food

Tout ! Personnel très sympa (jeune femme à la réception parlant français et ses collègues). Cadre somptueux, rooftop, piscine et jacuzzi, ainsi que le petit déjeuner avec une vue incroyable. Merci.

Organisation d'événements pour enfants (anniversaires) ou adultes. Mais cela ne nous a pas énormément dérangés.
