NLstaff were incredibly kind and helpful. she helped us aboyt everything, even the public transportation. she helped us about entrence city tax for venice. they were really helpful. and the room was clean
location. even tho its close to bus, the neighbourhood made us feel unsafe. we had to come back to hotel really early because we didnt feel safe about people on the neighbourhood.
