* the hotel itself and the room is really nice * location is good, close to the city centre and boulevard * friendly staff!

There was a noisy row between neighbours in the evening, that went on for a very long time before the police intervened. This disturbed my peace. My suggestion: intervene sooner and call the police, to ensure peace and quiet for the guests. It was very noisy. And it´s a pity, because this affects the customer experience.

"Great hotel centrally located with superb staff"

Central location just off the main waterfront. Friendly staff who informed us of the parking charges outside - very useful. They then directed us to an excellent restaurant near the marina. Room was clean and comfortable. Great choices at Breakfast.
