HRSuper location and view from terrace, clean and comfortable room. Hotel have a nice restoran with perfect breakfast. Some say it is on hill, but this is not a problem, very short walk no the hill to Hotel.
A bit expensive parking, and you have to give a deposit of 50€ for remote control for ramp.

GBThe property is located in a great location, close to the beach and the Maga strip also to palmanova. The room was clean and the bed made every day. The bed and bedsheets were comfortable. The pool is amazing and the smaller infinity pool is great for pictures. You can’t hear the noise from outside once you close the balcony door. There is a shower after you check out so you can go and stay at the beach.
The staff were not informative at all. When we checked in, if we hadn’t stayed at this hotel before we would have not known anything. We wouldn’t have known there was parking. Or that they rebranded and have more activities now. How the breakfast works. When their restaurant is open and when it closes. That there is a shower you can use after you check out. Our rooms got messed up when we checked in. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Even when it was on full it was still barely blowing out any cold air. You pay so much for the hotel but they don’t even have Netflix or YouTube on TV. I would have liked the staff to be friendlier. Also for this amount of money, I would expect the breakfast to have more variety. I would expect the food to change every day. And to have a wider variety of savoury breakfast to choose from. Also the pancakes were cold all the time. They should put in in something which it stays warm in. Also I find it absolutely ridiculous that one redbull is €4.50. I personally really loved their staff last year but this year was disappointing.

BGI have no complaints. The view was great. The swimming pool amazing. The breakfasts was better than other hotels. Staff was young, very polite, helpful and explained everything we asked.
You should probably offer an iron for free. You are not gonna make a lot of money by that an even if you need to charge for an iron make it cheep. It's not a big ask. Hotels with 2 stars offer a free iron and you don't. We were surprised by that.
