Excelente localização, simpatia dos funcionários , excelente pequeno almoço.

Pressão da água e wc precisa de atualização/limpeza profunda

Convenient central location just around the corner from the big Plaza shopping centre. Nice clean room with a lovely view and mini kitchen which had everything you’d need. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Scrambled eggs, bacon and broccoli as a hot option. Cereals, breads, pastries, fruits, juices, water etc all good.

No bar which is listed in the facilities. As a female solo traveller this was important to me to be able to enjoy a safe drink and just have to go upstairs at night or if I wanted to purchase any sort of beverage during the day too without having to venture out. No outdoor space at all to sit and enjoy the sun and magnificent views.

The STAFF were SUPER PROFESSIONALS AND VERY,VERY NICE. A very SPECIAL THANK YOU to: Sra. D.Célia, Sr. Ricardo and Sara. They were very nice and helpful. I loved the room, extremely clean. The wonderful breakfast. Waking up with the birds singing. I will be back and I highly recommended . Short walk to restaurants and the center of Funchal. Um dia durante o pequeno almoço até cantaram os Parabéns a um Sr. que fazia anos. MUITO atenciosos. Esse tipo de atenção personalizada já nã se vê nos dias de hoje. Adorei. Bem hajam! Adorei a variedade do pequeno almoço. A limpreza a decoração original do Hotel. MUITO central. Espero regressar num futuro proximo. Recomendarei a todos os meus amigos. Tudo foi MUITO BOM. Apenas o WiFi nos quartos era inregular.
