Toller Service bei Late check in, hervorragende Matraze (selten so gut im Hotel geschlafen) Räume sauber und funktionell, einziges Manko war der Schreibtischsessel mit kaputter Sitzfläche. Preis Leistung absolut top!

"All good, but double charged by the hotel and Booking.com"

Great hotel with good rooms and food

This is a shame. I was charged twice for the room: once I’ve paid in cash with two witnesses and invoice printed. Another time there was a transaction by Booking.com Hotel is not collaborating to return the money, Booking.com is not helping either

Convenient location, good breakfast, and clean rooms. The room size is very large for a family room - this is really one thing that stands out.

I was charged twice: once when I checked out, and again by Booking.com. I asked the hotel staff to notify Booking.com not to process the extra charge, but I was still charged. I had to raise a dispute with both Booking.com and my bank and now have to wait for the money to be refunded — which is very frustrating.
