La situación, muy cerca del centro. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

El desayuno muy escaso, con poca variedad para un hotel, separado de las habitaciones y pequeño tamaño. Al estar situado en la Vía Etnea un poco ruidoso, a pesar del aislamiento de la ventana.

Velmi dobré ubytování v centru, vše blízko a super bazén ve vnitrobloku, velmi oceňuji při horkých dnech. Ochotný personál a nápomocný na všechny otázky. Za nás super a snad příště, děkujeme...

Na pokoji by mohlo být více úložného prostoru na oblečení.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was large and clean and the balcony was big.

No tea/ coffee facilities in the room.
