Hotel Cala Reale

Wir verbrachten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel - war sehr angenehm und schön. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wir haben im Städtchen Stintino gegessen und konnten zu Fuss ins Hotel zurückgehen. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, ev. sollten die Öffnungszeiten noch etwas verlängert werden. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, gross genug, die sanitären Anlagen sind ok. Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt: Wlan ist nur bei der Rezeption genügend.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schon ein wenig "alt" und könnten man erneuert werden, für ein 3 Sterne Hotel aber in großem und ganzem voll ok. Angenehm aufgefallen ist die Dusche mit sehr warmen Wasser und einem tollen Wasserdruck. Der Pool ist durchaus positiv aufgefallen.

Bra pris, bra service och bemötande. Rent och snyggt men lite spartanskt. Fin pol, bra frukost.

Bei der Buchung war das Hotel und die Zimmer auf den Bildern noch ansprechend, vor Ort traf man jedoch bei dem Zimmer veraltete Einrichtung und Zustand vor, welche vor 20 Jahren sicher noch Modern waren. Die Terrasse und deren Bestellung entsprach absolut nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard! Man fühlte sich daher nicht sehr wohl! Ansonsten war der Empfang und Service freundlich und herzlich. Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht.

Très bien reçu par la réceptionniste qui nous a accompagnée jusqu'à la chambre et très bien conseillée sur les excursions. La chambre était confortable, le wifi correct, la piscine au top. Le petit déjeuné était conséquent. Le moons: il faudrait insonoriser plus les chambres. Le plus: prêt de vélo et navette gratuite pour les plages. A 10 minutes à pieds du centre c'est un hotel que nous recommandons.

We stayed 4 nights, in comfy beds and spent most of our time down the road at las palomas beach, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, too !

Hôtel overpriced. First night we were missing one bed and when we complained at the desk we were said that there was nothing to do about it as it was night and the worse is that we were charged . There is no lunch or snack offered for lunch , however in the hotel website says restaurant service lunch . Towels for the swimming pool are charged 2.50 euros each . The worse was an experience with a hotel driver who screamed at us and treated us badly saying that we were late for the shuttle service which was their mistake as nobody explained to us where to wait to pick us up . Moreover, it was me to call the hotel asking to pick us up and I told them where we were waiting . So big communication issues among the employees. Also, at the swimming pool there is a young lady who is supposed to supervise the swimming pool and instead she was looking at her computer or phone all the time and last Sunday she brought her friends to the pool and she was swimming with them and spent the day with them speaking and so on . Not doing her job at all . The building is not the standard of what you see in the website . Some people at the reception nice but others really arrogant and no customer service at all . Never again this hotel !!!!

Points à Améliorer: A l'Accueil, le personnel ne parle qu'Italien et Anglais, aucun effort à parler Français.. Les chambres sont petites, avec un confort mini: matelas dur ne dépassant pas les 10 cm, des oreillers plats (j'appelle cela des galettes), chambre très très très mal insonorisé.... c'est un Hotel 3 étoiles correspondant à un 2 étoiles en france. Prix élevé pour les prestations données Point Positif:chambre propre, buffet varié correct

Chambre défraîchi, ensemble mal entretenu, pour un 3 étoiles le petit déjeuner commence qu'à 8 heures. Très mal insonorisées et pas d'ascenseur. Heureusement que nous rester qu'une nuit. Literie affreuse. Le matelas était hs. Bref hôtel a déconseillé vivement.
