"Not too far from many attractions in the area eg Cochem, castle and the Mosel, boat trips etc."

Quiet location; very good aircon; restaurant good; breakfast very good; area lovely to walk.

Supposed to have had a fridge in the room but didn't get one.

De kamers hebben wat vernieuwing en update nodig. Heb begrepen dat dit gaat gebeuren op de derde etage is het reeds gebeurd

"It was clean and the food was great."

It was clean. The restaurant was lovely.The servers at the restaurant and breakfast buffet were lovely. Simon was amazing!

The ladies at the front desk staff weren’t very friendly. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or because they aren’t fond of Americans. There was an obvious difference in how they treated the Germans.
