The apartment itself was clean, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was pristine. The kitchen layout was nice, and it included a comfortably large refrigerator. Additionally, the location is convenient for its proximity to the central station, with good restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The check-in process was highly misleading. We walked 500 meters from the central station to the hotel with a family of 4 adults (including two seniors over 65) and a baby, only to be told our actual room was in a completely separate building another 700 meters away. This separate location was never disclosed prior to booking. Once inside, we faced major functional issues: almost none of the electrical switches worked (in both bedrooms and the kitchen), rendering the stove, microwave, and coffee machine completely useless. We couldn't prepare breakfast as planned. Furthermore, the property had major connectivity issues—the Wi-Fi speed was extremely slow, and there was absolutely no mobile data network coverage inside the room.

The property overall is very good and I can recommend it, but the communication with the hotel was very poor. They suggested writing to them on WhatsApp in case of any questions, but in the end none of our messages were answered (literally ignored). We left an item at the hotel and wanted to get it back, but it's been days and nobody has replied. So basically if you have any questions, you need to go to the reception, which is in a different location from where you actually stay.
