Personnel accueillant, mis à par l'énorme vis à vis, à gauche du balcon merveilleuse vue sur la mer

Très bruyant, il ne faut pas avoir envi de calme... La literie très dure et les coussins mou... Très gros vis à vis qui n'est pas du tout décrit ni montré en photo lors de la réservation... Un bon rafraîchissement est à prévoir surtout dans la salle de bain et les mur de l'intégralité de la chambre

Depuis notre arrivée, j'ai constaté plusieurs problèmes : L'accueil est désastreux, avec un personnel souvent incompétent et la direction est absente. ( changement récent de propriétaire) Il y a une odeur désagréable dans l’hôtel. L’hôtel n’a pas de restaurant et certains clients se permettent de manger dans le hall de réception de l’hôtel la nourriture importée d’extérieur , ce qui aggrave l’odeur. De plus, les chambres ne sont pas bien entretenues. Un jour, nous n'avons pas eu de shampooing, un autre jour, pas de serviettes, et la chambre n'a pas été faite alors que nous étions partis de 9h à 17h.( serviettes usées et mal odorantes) La clientèle est très bruyante dans leurs chambres et dans les parties communes de l’hôtel. L’ascenseur est souvent bloqué. La direction semble ne rien faire pour améliorer la situation. Étant donné le coût de notre séjour, je suis très déçue de la qualité du service et de l'état de l'hôtel.
