Buen trato del dueño y muy amable y correcto, habitaciones cómodas. Ubicación un poco alejada del ruidoso centro de Bansko, lo que es un punto a favor, en una población como Bansko

Quizás parte de las instalaciones necesitan una reforma. El cartel del hotel está escondido. No probamos el desayuno, pues el precio nos pareció caro y los horarios ilógicos para quien viene a hacer senderismo.

The hosts and staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help whenever they could. The evening meals were delicious and we ended up enjoying the evening with the hosts and their friends which was lovely. The hotel was very homely with lots of nice little touches such as freshly baked cookies.

Çok memnun kaldık. Tertemiz otel, yataklar biraz fazla yumuşak, dolayısıyla içine çöküyor. Bu konu dışında fiyat kalite oranlaması ile çok memnun kaldık. Aile işletiyor. Harika insanlar. Çok sevdik. Yine gideceğiz.

Nice hotel with a room with a view, great and very helpful staff, well located. Nice breakfast and facilities. We chose this hotel due to the comments of other travelers and it was so accurate. Hosts were son friendly and helpful and supported in all our needs.
