"Decent accommodation near the beach"

Nice location, spacious room

The room doesn鈥檛 have much light. It seems that the windows are never opened, very dirty. The shades don鈥檛 work. Front desk requests are unconventional: asked for documentation before check in, not aware that I checked out and sent me a message and even called me to make sure I was checking out on time.
