Great location, very comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed, and coffee and tea are available in the room. Shower is also great and the fen is provided. Big mirror in the room and many hangers to hang the cloth.

The sound insulation between the rooms is not very good; you can hear everything that is happening in the neighbouring room and outside. So if someone is loud, it is difficult to have a good rest. The lamps next to the bed also make a sound when they are turned off, which was quite disturbing.

Kennelijkn is er veel tocht in het gebouw want de hele nacht door hoorden we deuren klepperen leek het wel. Toen we aan onze eigen deur voelden zat daar ook speling in. Door het geluid hebben we slecht geslapen (zeker als je licht slaapt en zelfs met oordoppen in).

Bedden sliepen perfect en het was heel rustig

Ontbijt zou fijn geweest zijn, maar er was ook lekker ontbijt in Hillegom bij Lunchbreek.

Good location to visit Keukenhof. I visited there by bicycle and it took only 5 min.

There is no staff and the remote phone support was useless. I wanted to leave my luggage after checking out early in the morning, but the luggage locker was unavailable. I called the emergency number but the staff didn't know the code for the locker. I was disappointed. If you're going to run a staffless hotel, you really need to provide adequate customer support.
