"Din punct de vedere al locației,dezamăgitor,păcat de orașul minunat!"

A fost bine amplasat pentru deplasarea mea.

De la atitudinea recepționerului,până la lipsa bunurilor descrise în facilități,la micul dejun extraordinar de slab pregătit,totul a fost dezamăgitor.Am luat 2 camere ce trebuiau să aibă șemineu,halate și papuci,aprovizionat mini barul..Evident ca nu exista asa ceva.In momentul in care am sunat la recepție pentru a mi se umple minibarul (nu exista nici macar o apa plată la frigider),am primit un raspuns extrem de sec din partea acestuia,și anume ca house-keeper-ul nu mai era,deși era doar ora 21..Bine ca știm engleză,însă nu avem personal și nici ,,front-deskul”nu prea are chef de muncă.Am plasat o comandă la glovo,astfel coborând până la recepție,unde,politicos am cerut niște lămuriri cu privire la facilitățile camerei,descrise pe booking.Raspunsul a fost unul de foarte prost gust,iar în momentul în care am solicitat să discut cu managerul,foarte deranjat,domnul de la recepție,prea plictisit pentru a se ridica de pe scaun,mi-a spus ca nu poate să îl deranjeze,și,mai mult în zeflemea,m-a întrebat dacă vreau să îmi aducă totuși măcar halatele de baie la una din cele două camere plătite.Trist,dezamăgitor,cu siguranță nu voi reveni și nu pot recomanda.Costul nu este nici unul derizoriu,îmi pare rău doar pentru faptul ca eram mai mulți,destul de obosiți și nu am dorit să solicit să mi se returneze banii să căutăm altă locație
