La giusto quantita' ,qualita' buon servizio accolgliente!

Lovely atmosphere, modern style, not fussy, simple with lots of raw materials, wood concrete, staff obliging and efficient. Breakfast was not buffet. Really nice lounge room with great decor and furniture to relax in.

Nothing, Americano coffee could have been hotter!

We recently stayed at Hotel de LEN in Cortina d’Ampezzo as a group of 17 ladies — and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning: sleek, beautifully designed with contemporary-rural interiors, warm wood touches, beautifully maintained spa, excellent food, and rooms with lovely showers. Also, the location couldn’t be better — it’s central yet peaceful, making every outing easy and every return relaxing. What made this trip truly special was the wonderful staff who went above and beyond. Matteo was our go-to person for everything. He handled all the transfers and logistics so smoothly, always making sure we got where we needed to go. Late messages on WhatsApp? He answered them. Benedetta was also incredible — attentive, always with a warm smile, helping coordinate anything extra we needed. And Elenora, who served us at breakfast, deserves special praise: she made countless espresso macchiatos perfectly, and somehow always noticed what we needed at the table before we even asked. One moment that stands out: after we finished a 23 km run one afternoon, we were hot, tired, sweaty — yet when we got back to the hotel, the bar was ready with an amazing aperitivo. Cool drinks, good ambiance — exactly what we needed. A small thing, but it made all the difference. The spa is gorgeous, very relaxing, and the wellness treatments helped us unwind. The food deserves special mention — beautifully presented, fresh, with good variety. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well appointed, with modern bathrooms and nicely designed showers. Full of gratitude for the staff, for the hotel, for all the little details. This stay at Hotel de LEN turned what could have been just a trip into a memory we’ll always treasure. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and service that truly cares.

The location of the hotel and its food are exceptional. The staff was warm and enthusiastic to help. The spa is a must visit with steam/dray saunas, aromatherapy showers, and jacuzzi. My massage was one of the best I’ve received. The views from the hotel made the stay worth it.

The rooms have no AC. The management philosophy is that AC pollutes, so they don’t have it. When we wanted to cool our room on a hot day, the staff brought a fan. Didn’t quite cut it. Showers have no conditioner provided with the shampoo. Again, the management feels it’s wasteful to provide that. When we asked at the front desk why our room didn’t have conditioner, the front desk staff said they had some behind the desk. What? I guess you have to know it’s there to ask for it. The minibar looks like a refrigerator, but it’s not! It’s a bottle-deep cabinet that was cool when we arrived in the room. We put some yogurts there to have on hand. In the morning everything was room temperature… too late, the staff told us that when the required card key was in the room’s slot, the refrigerator turns off. Nuts.

Great location and the staff was great. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy!

No A/C was a bit of a downer, thankfully the weather was cool. However, construction past midnight made sleeping with the windows open difficult. I understand the Olympics are coming but the jackhammer sound after midnight and the workers working on the roof at 7am made it tough.

the room was pretty small, no ac but offered us a fan and that was wonderful. the room was loud due to construction and the view was of another apartment building so no view as advertised

Everything - the staff, breakfast and service in general

Room was comfortable with many amenities, including complimentary drinks and food placed in the room daily. The staff went out of the way to accommodate us and offered fantastic service. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The hotel was next to an alley with a significant amount of yelling and noise late at night between midnight and 4am.
