Man kann die Türen von innen nicht abschliesen und man fühlt sich sehr unsicher, dir zweite Nachte habe ich storniert und sie sind mir null entgegengekommen mit einer Geldrückgabe

"I have received good service from some of the staffs and I was very disappointed from others."

I have found good service from some of the staffs, but on the other hand some of the staffs were very bad.

The cleaning, they haven't changed the towels, the bed sheets and some of the staffs were not able to prepare properly cappuccino.
