Lion Bansko Hotel

The spa and wellness center features 6–7 different facilities, and massages start at €65 for 50 mins. Convenient with 5mins walk to the restaurants (the area was quite happening). Free parking available by the roadside but parking in the hotel at cost (€12/night if I remember correctly).

The room was underground and the view of my room is the car parking at the roadside (I probably could have asked for higher level), the room sound proofing is not good (we could hear whenever someone open/close their room door or walk pass or talk even at 12am

Good location, just 700 meter to gondola

Foods were reaaly bad. The pool was not clean. There was no daily cleaning or renewalmof water bottles

The hotel features a very pleasant lounge area with a fireplace and a bar, which creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortably warm, equipped with a minibar and a large bathroom, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

parking was quite limited, and I had to park far away from the hotel, which was inconvenient. Although the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the eggs were watery and lacked quality, as did the bacon. Additionally, the spa massage prices were excessively high, and the large swimming pool was not heated — not even lukewarm — which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has strong facilities, but certain aspects, particularly parking, breakfast quality, and spa services, need improvement to better match the expectations set by the property.

Pokój na poddaszu był bardzo zimny, przez okna w dachu wiał wiatr, problemy z elektrycznością. Śniadania były zimne i codziennie to samo. Nie działające jacuzzi
