义乌开臣璞悦酒店Yiwu Kasion Purey Hotel

I booked a non smoking room, even paid extra. Then they bring a smoking person to the room opposite mine, what was the point of saying it's a non smoking room? I could hardly sleep because of the smoke. I complained to the hotel staff ,I even wrote an email to their booking.com email, no action was taken. Their customer service needs to improve as well. If your hotel serves foreigners, the least you can do is get an English speaking staff member, or acquire language translating gadgets.

I did not enjoy my stay.

The breakfast is brilliant so much variety. The staff are amazing and wonderful felicities including a free laundromat.

Name in maps different from hotel name so I wish update name on map same hotel name

Location ,friendly staff and rich breakfast

Reception packed with smokers And room size to small ..no wardrope no safebox
