Le personnel du Riad a été très accueillant et attentionné durant notre séjour. L’organisation des transports aéroport-hotel était top (nous sommes arrivés vers 2h du matin et malgré notre heure tardive, un taxi nous attendait à l’aéroport et nous a conduit à l’entree de la médina, ensuite, et un porteur nous a emmené jusqu’a l’hôtel). Les petits déjeuners étaient bons et copieux.

First of all, we want to thank Zakaria, Osama and the girls who cleaned. They were all unbelievable. The building was amazing and the terrace was just as good. The location is also perfect. We will definitely be back!

A destacar la antención del personal pendientes en todo momento y resolutivos. Está muy limpio y cuidan los detalles. Es muy tranquilo para descansar y a un paso del zoco. El primer día cuesta un poco llegar pero realmente está muy céntrico cuando conoces más la medina.

La situation est excellente à quelques minutes à pied de la place et à proximité de nombreux sites historiques. Le Riad est ravissant. Les personnes qui s’occupent de nous sont d’une gentillesse et d’une courtoisie exemplaires. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Difficile de trouver des défauts, compte tenu des impératifs du riad. Impossible de caser un réfrigérateur ou une machine à café dans les chambres. Tout résonne, dès que quelqu’un parle en bas ou heurte quelque chose, on entend. Mais c’est pareil pour tous les riads. Et ici on n’entend pas la mosquée !!!
